What a delightful stay at Vergoula's Mansion in Kastoria! The 16th-century mansion, beautifully restored, is a true gem. The charming rooms, filled with antiques, offer all the modern amenities one could wish for. The view over the lake is simply mesmerizing.The staff's hospitality was exceptional, providing great recommendations for local experiences. Breakfast, served in the renovated cellar, was a true feast, featuring homemade delights straight from Tassos' family farm. A warm welcome drink and a shot of family-made grappa added a special touch to our stay.The location is ideal, just a short walk from the town's historical and cultural attractions. The room, though cozy, was tastefully decorated, boasting a beautiful view of the lake. The manager, a knowledgeable and kind host, made our visit truly memorable. We'll definitely return for another enchanting stay at this historic mansion.
